About Me.
I am a passionate learning designer, Customer Success Manager, and project manager with over 16 years of experience in education and customer engagement. I strive to improve systems through client advocacy, data-driven insights, and innovative learning design.

My greatest strength is helping clients find creative solutions to overcome challenges and achieve their goals with confidence. I combine learning design, strong project management skills, and coaching to deliver impactful learning experiences for organizations. My goal is to empower my clients to make meaningful, confident decisions in their workplace and help them reach their professional goals.

In my role as a Customer Success Manager, my background in education sharpens my ability to understand the unique needs of clients, particularly in the Edtech space. My teaching experience, along with my deep understanding of adult learning principles, enables me to empathize with clients, anticipate their needs, and build meaningful relationships. This helps me offer targeted solutions that directly address their challenges and learning preferences. This approach ensures long-term success and satisfaction for clients.

I have also served as a Strategic Advisor and Instructional Coach, collaborating with educators and organizations to streamline processes, develop innovative curricula, and enhance instructional materials. These experiences allow me to contribute to enriching learning environments and empowering clients to succeed.

Lastly, I am an ASCD Emerging Leader and have served as a former member of the Academic Advisory Board for Learning Ally. These engagements enable me to contribute to enriching students' learning experiences through creative and enjoyable methods.​

In February 2022, I attended a one-week PMP course provided by the Project Management Academy. This intensive training equipped me with fundamental project management skills and demonstrated their application in various professional scenarios. As a result of this comprehensive preparation, I successfully passed the PMP exam in March 2022.
