I designed this product strategy logic model to establish the business case, theory of action, and multi-year product roadmap for FluencyFlow. It maps how strategic investment in AI speech calibration and visual phrasing tools directly leads to 2+ hours saved per student in diagnostic time, a 25% lift in student prosody scores, and long-term district ROI for account retention and achievement gap reduction.

FluencyFlow: AI-Powered Oral Reading Prosody Engine (PRD)
This 0-to-1 Product Requirement Document serves as a cross-functional execution blueprint for FluencyFlow, an AI-powered K–8 oral reading fluency engine. It translates complex machine-learning capabilities into actionable user flows, technical specifications, and delivery timelines across engineering, UX design, and ELA subject matter experts. By embedding teacher-in-the-loop audio scoring to prevent dialect bias and defining product telemetry metrics, this artifact demonstrates rigorous program governance, ethical AI architecture, and cross-team alignment.

The 90-Day Rapid Adoption Playbook
I developed this Go-To-Market change management framework to eliminate slow software deployment and user friction following district sales. Designed to bridge the gap between sales conversion and active product utilization, the playbook establishes a structured 3-phase onboarding architecture that accelerates time-to-value (TTV), builds habitual classroom routines, and safeguards net revenue retention (NRR).
